At Madeory, each piece of jewelry is personalized and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or an appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.

To help us assist you quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
